Fuhrer King Bradley from Fullmetal Alchemist

A man dressed in a blue uniform with white trim and gold accents on his shoulders, holding a sword in his right hand. He is standing in an alleyway or backstreet setting, surrounded by beige walls, pipes, and a yellow pole to the right. The overall atmosphere suggests that he may be cosplaying as Fuhrer King Bradley from Fullmetal Alchemist, given the uniform and the setting. The man's attire and stance evoke a sense of authority and power, while the sword in his hand adds an air of aggression and readiness for action.
