Casual Belldandy, Ah My Goddess

The woman in the image is standing on a bridge or walkway overlooking a body of water, possibly a lake or ocean. She has long brown hair and is wearing a black tank top with white polka dots and blue shorts. Her arms are raised above her head, and she appears to be holding onto something out of frame. In the background, there is a large building or structure that may be a hotel or resort. The sky is overcast, and the overall atmosphere seems relaxed and peaceful.
