The costume worn by this woman is based on Lucy Heartfilia's Star Dress from the anime series Fairy Tail. The costume is a blue and yellow two-piece outfit with a matching headband, featuring a ruffled skirt and a top with a V-neckline. The woman has blonde hair styled in pigtails with blue ribbons tied around them, and she is posing in a playful manner, suggesting that this photo was taken at an anime or comic book convention. The background of the image is dark and blurry, but it appears to be a stage or performance area, possibly at an event such as Anime Expo or Comic-Con.
