Person in Red Costume Standing on Sidewalk

A person dressed in a red costume with black and white striped cuffs, collar, and hat band, wearing black gloves, white socks with black stripes at the top, and black shoes. The costume has yellow piping on the side of the pants and along the seams. The person is also wearing a black belt around their waist and has short black hair. They are standing on a gray brick sidewalk or street in front of a blurred background where people can be seen walking about. The overall atmosphere suggests that this image was taken at an event, possibly a costume party or parade.
